We’re Christy & Sandra — two creative hearts who believe art should feel fun, doable, and joyful. 

Sandra started teaching paint parties back in 2021 while still working as a paraeducator. What began as a side hustle fueled by creativity quickly turned into something so much bigger. Fast forward a few years (and a whole lot of paint later), and teaching paint parties is now her full-time gig.

Christy - 

About three years ago, Sandra and Christy met through a mutual friend — and almost instantly connected over their love for art and making things with their hands. Sandra started purchasing Christy’s wood projects for her local paint parties, and the two quickly realized they made a pretty great creative team.

But the dream didn’t stop there.

Sandra had been looking for new ways to grow and expand her artful business, and when Christy suggested creating a membership together, it was a total no-brainer. The Crafted Crate was born from that shared vision: more creativity, more connection, and more joy — delivered right to your door.

Every month, we design a new project that’s inspiring without being intimidating. Whether you’re brand new to crafting or already covered in paint most days, our boxes are made to help you slow down, try something new, and actually enjoy the process.
